Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at support@robbiestore.com with your order number and reason for return. After your return request is reviewed and approved, our support team will provide the return address and return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not charge any restocking fee.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, final sale items, items that have been used, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging or accessories, or items returned in a condition different from how they were received. Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page. If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

For exchanges, the fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@robbiestore.com.
